Wanted: Research participants to talk about the experiences of being a parent of a young adult with cancer
Seeking participants for a study of the challenges of being a parent of a young adult who has cancer.
Does this describe you?
Current resident of Canada
Have a child who has been/was diagnosed with cancer between the ages of 18 to 25 (must be the first diagnosis of cancer)
A minimum of 6 months since the diagnosis and a maximum of one year since the end of treatment (including active and palliative)
If this describes you, you may be interested in taking part in our study. We are looking for people to take part in an online discussion board where you will answer some questions from the researcher about your experience and post responses to other participants in similar situations.
Eligible participants will have a chance to have a cancer-related organization of their choice entered into a draw for a donation of $100 which will be made on behalf of the study.
